this is subhash here i have a lot of opening in my company (on-mobile)
for the java professional with 1 - 4 years of exp on java.

This has got to be the most unprofessional job posting I have ever seen in

That's more like the way you would solicit people to work on a project
without pay, or was to be run from a basement.  You have to use formal
English for a corporate ad to be taken seriously.  Only a very large,
well-known corporation like Apple might pull an add such as yours off,
as a sort of in joke.
