Good & Free UML modeling tool for Java/Eclipse?

Hello,

Currently my company use Rational Software Modeler (Eclipse).

But it is pricey, so not every developer own a copy, so we want to try
out some opensource solutions.

any recommendation?

It is preferred running in Eclipse as we do development on both Linux
& Windows.
