how to implement Skype in my page

Hello,
I want to implement skype in our site page. in this page I show a one
button and that click I want to send call request to skype user.

You mean you want the site visitor to click a button to start a Skype call  
with you?

This has nothing to do with Java.  However, you can do this quite easily  
since Skype will usually be registered as the application to handle  
"callto:" links in the browser.

So it's just a matter of creating a link with a URL something like  
"callto://echo123".
