HSSF and named styles

Thread view:

Hi world,
I've been writing excel files with POI's HSSF libraries 2.5.1 for
long and it works very well except that accessing and creating user-
defined/named styles is not possible (http://issues.apache.org/
bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35498). As POI 3.0.1 has been just released,
I have tested it and enjoy it being faster but I still can't find in
the (small) documentation how to achieve my goal. Has anyone found
something new about this topic in POI 3.0.1 ?

   Thanks,
Ghislain
