Adding existing file into Eclipse 3.3

Hello.
I want to import an existing file into Eclipse 3.3.
How can I do that ?

Create a Java Project, create approrpriate folder structure (com-
tree), and then drag and drop or copy-paste the existing file at the
right place.

Eclipse has the ability to import into a new project from a source tree.

I don't recall the exact instruction, but I think it was off the "File" menu pad.
