Position Description

Sr Staff Systems Analyst and administrator
· Provide technical support resolutions for application users in a
24x7 environment
· Train in all functional areas to provide support
· Manage open request/tickets assigned to you and communicate with
status or resolution to request
· Clearly document and communicate resolutions
· Communicate status on a timely basis
· Communicate with Vendors (if needed) for support like logging
tickets

Position Requirements

Good communication and attention to detail.
· Strong experience in web applications infrastructure
· Hands on experience on different commerce applications, mainly
WebSphere/ATG and interfaces.
· Hands on experience on Oracle DB, SQL and PLSQL
· Development background in Web technologies using JAVA is
prerequisite
· Knowledge in Data Analysis and Integration
· Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl and Unix shell scripts
· Knowledge of Security, Networking
· Knowledge of Business and Quality Processes
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent verbal /written communication and interpersonal skills
· Good presentation skills
· Attention to detail, self starter and organize.
