Do any of you know someone experienced in Java that is interested in a full
time job in Tucson, Omaha or Dallas? Company dies not pay relo but has an
excellent reputation as a great place to work.

And the company doesn't pay "relo" (relocation expenses?)?  Whew - they must
be a /great/ place to work!  Do they also not pay good salaries?  How do they
get around their stinginess to successfully recruit people?

Some animals carefully check out a prospective mate for quality, and
only then inseminate her.
Others just let swarms of sperm loose into the sea or a river or
whatever and rely on the law of large numbers to ensure that one of
them will probably manage to get something pregnant.

I expect this company's recruitment strategy is the same.

In simpler language: they make it up on volume.
