Please note that the person you addressed your request to:
- is a spammer.
- will probably not read your reply, let alone chime in with
useful tips.
- should not be just ignored, but filtered.

If you have any questions about learning Java, I suggest
you put them directly to this group, or better still, a group
well suited to beginners, such as comp.lang.java.help .

The first tip I will offer you is that to program in Java,
it is necessary to have:
1) A recent SDK (available free from Sun) - these are the
tools needed to compile and build Java projects. As well as..
2) A good tutorial - the most used tutorial is probably Sun's
own, known as the Java Tutorial. It is also free and available
from Sun.
