Just curious - does it run fine afterwards? Or does it seem to freeze up
on regular intervals?

My hardware is about 6 years old, and J3D stuff starts up in about a
second or so - something is definitely not right.
I would go one step further and just compile it without jar'ing it up.

It runs ok after starting up, the only issue is starting up is too
slow. I just can't figure out the reason.
This happends on one of my PC (unluckly, the fastest PC). On my other
slow PC, it runs good. I bet something in the system is wrong, but
which part? Hope someone has similar experience before.

I had a similar problem with Windows XP and an old ATI graphics card with
an older video driver.
