hi,
I work in java(jsp and servets).
i want to build a new website.
Can anyone tell me what new tools are available free online that i can
use?

any IDE as NetBean, EClipse can resolve your question.
only use the IDE to build a web project.

NetBeans <http://www.netbeans.org/> is suitable for both JSP and
Servlets. If you take the additional step of using Java Server Faces
then you can add the Visual Web Pack
<http://www.netbeans.org/products/visualweb/> for a drag and drop GUI
development tool for your entire site.

Sang Shin gives free on-line classes on using Java, including web
programming and servlets. I've taken his web class and it's quite good,
covering a wide variety of free tools.  You should sign up on his
mailing list, so you can be aware of when his class starts.  Next one
looks like July 20 for the web/servlet class.
