Location:  Dallas (Irving / Las Colinas Area)

directly with the Project Manager to get the specifications on what

What will you be doing?

Your important role will be to work with a talented technical team to
design and develop end-to-end enterprise solutions.  The technical
environment is .NET/C# and SQL Server 2005.  You will participate in
everything from DB schema design to implementing the Web UI and
everything in-between.  Work directly with business solution
architects, customer service managers, product managers, and others to
understand business requirements.

Work independently and pro-actively to help make better design
decisions in the product suite.  Conduct in-depth analysis of systems
and integration points, ensuring complete and comprehensive design
specifications.

Also, participate and drive the deployment process of the application
suite for clients and internal testing on an on-going basis.  You will
have an opportunity to mentor other development staff members when the
need arises, and clarify decisions made during the design phase of the
project.

First of all, we need Software Developers who are very strong and
passionate about their Object Oriented Designs.    We also need the
following skills/background:

* Must be strong in Object Oriented Design Paradigms.
* Experience in C#, Java or C++.
* Very strong problem solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in ambiguous scenarios.
* Enterprise software development experience (Web/ Smart Clients/ Web
Services/ Enterprise Fat Clients)
* Must have solid working knowledge of SQL and database fundamentals.
* Ability to mentor other junior developers in the organization.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: 75K - 105K + Benefits
