Hi all,

I used NetBeans 5.5 and created a new mobile applications project then
added a new Web Services Client class (using the wizard - "J2ME Web
Service Client...") to consume a simple Web Service.  Just to make
sure I didn't introduce any coding issues, the project consisted of
the default code created by the IDE...I made no changes.  I then
compiled and deployed (successfully) and used WebJAL to download to my
i355 (and also tried the i560).  I then get a "Java Error" or "VM
Class Loading Error" on the Installing Suite screen.

Has any of you been able to get a Web Service client working using
j2me?  Obviously, there's something fundamentally wrong with my setup,
my devices, etc if the default sample code with no changes from me
does not work.  If I don't include the Web Service client code, the
sample works fine.  The Java System on my phones have CLDC-1.1,
MIPD-2.0, WMA-1.1, MMAPI-1.1, and Location-1.0.  The Web Service the
client code is consuming is just a simple HelloWorld funtion returning
a "Hello World" string.  I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have.
What could be wrong here?  Even knowing if someone else can
successfully run an app generated using the tools to consume a web
service would help!
