Thread view:

I want to develop a software/program that sends sms messages to my
bluetooth enabled wireless phone and receives sms messages.

What are the packages that i need to download to get started with
bluetooth?

i guess:

NetBeans,JDK and J2SE.

I guess i dont need to develop an application for the client side.
