resources for Java? E.G. The JavaDocs, Java
Tutorial, Bruce Eckel's 'Thinking in Java'
(older editions, at least)...

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you might also want to find
guidence in learning English.
At least if you are expecting to work in an English speaking Java shop.
