Unable to locate package java.lang in classpath or bootclasspath

I am new to Eclipse. I tried to build a project but I got the
following error. I assume that it is environment issue. Any help would
be apprecitated.

Buildfile: E:\Eclipse\WorkSpace\HelloWorld\build.xml

You probably have disabled the root / default class path in your ant script.
