Bayesian Network API

Hello,

I am an AI student from Holland and I am looking for a free Bayesian
Network API which I can use for my master thesis project.
There are several on the internet but they're mostly not free and I
wondered if anyone of you have some (good?) experiences with
a certain API. It should be capable of building/ (and inference) a
basic Bayesian network.
