Hi,
I am working on a life insurance application, are there existing
application open sourced I can use as reference? Thx!

Hi,

There is no open source solution that applies 100% to a certain
industry - be it insurance, healthcare or retail, as every business has
their own needs. You can find open source solutions as components (B2B
connectors/EDI, rules engines, etc.) but you will have to write the
application that ends up using these components.

Have a look at sourceforge.net and search on keyword insurance. There
is at least one JEE project focussed on insurance. - Elucida.

I hope it helps
