Apparently not. Can you fill the blanks?
[ and did you manage to tranlsate that ..klingon(?) in the subject? ]
I mean, ya' know... First thoughts were that this was a job
ad. - but then I had heard the Klingon call for Java
programmers was *way* down. (The Klingons use VB, generally).

You guys don't have enough fonts installed to read the title. Translated
into English it seems to be "Looking for Java freelancers" (assuming that
"Gava" is a typo for "Java").

Oh, Mickey, how uniformed you are. Klingons cannot
pronounce the 'J', so it comes out sounding like 'G'.
(Take, for example the Klingon delicacy of the Gagh worm,
which we [in the civilised universe] know as the everyday
Jajh worm.)

Interesting. The J sound is also missing in some Semitic languages, but it
can be denoted using an accent-like symbol, left out by the original poster
in his rush to make this job opportunity available. (This must be confusing
to those without Semitic fonts, for whom most of the characters will look
accented).
It wasn't just the Klingons who drew on this heritage - so did the Vulcans,
as detailed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vulcan_salute.

I think it's Hebrew

It does look rather cool. Can't understand a
syllable of it, though.
..and I'm sticking with my theory of 'klingon' - despite
actual evidence to the contrary, on the basis that
your evidence is way less funny, than my theory. ;-)
..Is it obvious that I've drunk at least half a bottle
of JD this evening?

isn't it a very good way to understand Klingon? :-)

I think so. Wow, could I go a Jajha worm right about now
(more JD, no more coke..). ;-)
