J2ME: where is its data base files?

In J2ME using emulators on windows, when I created a RecordStore and
gave it a filename, where does the system put that file? I checked my
code's home folder, it is not there.

I am using JBuilder with Motorola emulators.

I'm not sure where JBuilder puts them, but the WTK places them in a db
directory under the toolkit's install directory.
