from mechanical to IT (java)

hi group
this is Sameer
I am basically from technical backgroung for mechanical having
experience of 2yrs
I want to shift to IT mainly Java,i need to choose a field in IT which
has advantage of my experience of automobile

Please Suggest me,

It's not clear what your request is. What kind of suggestions are you
looking for? Whether or not to actually make the switch? How Java is used in
the automobile industry? How to learn Java? etc.
