Hi, I'm actually living in Holland but I think I can give you some useful
pointers.
> Is my plan good?
At this point there is a growing shortage on programmers, so getting a job
will probably not be your biggest problem. Having some programming
experience would prove useful yet, so I think you are on the right track.
What exact books you read will probably not make a lot of difference. You
will have to demonstrate your technical skills though, so make sure you
have a some work ready that demonstrates them.
> What i should add to my plan? What extra books should i read? / What extra
experinces should i earn?
I think you need to concentrate more on learning the Swedish language if you
are moving to Sweden. People will offer you a job much more readily if you
are capable of speaking it. My experience in Holland teaches me that
companies are willing to invest in some extra technical education if you
can make a good enough impression of yourself.
hope to be of service,

Jobs in Java in the U.S. are usually not JDK but J2EE programming Jobs.
You would need to understand Java initially to understand J2EE. Their
is a soup of acronyms used in J2EE. You should look at JSP and Servlet
programming as a start.
Sun has a J2EE 1.4 tutorial here:
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/docs/tutorial/doc/
Working with J2EE you may want to use Sun's Studio Creator along with
their application Server. They both are usually packaged together and
free. You just have to register with Sun as a developer and this is free
also..
