consolidating bunch of HTML pages

Hi,

say you have a bunch of pages linked as (very) small pages a-la:
.
<a rel="previous" href="page_0.0">page 0.0</a>
.
<a rel="next" href="page_0.1">page 0.1</a>
.
is there any spider-like utility out there to consolidate all these files
as a single one?
.
could you make download managers do such thing?
