i want to know how to call and use google web service(for searching)

What help do you need?  To get started, take a look at:

   http://ws.apache.org/axis/
   http://www.google.com/apis/

If you need something more specific, please ask a specific question.

Chris Smith already posted links to where you can find more information. But
would it not be more efficient to contact Google themselves for advice? I've
contacted them on several occasions (granted, for other stuff than their
webservice) and I've found them to be extremely helpful.

If you're facing difficulties with the code itself, it would be better to
post specific questions together with a small example of the code which is
giving you problems. "please help me" is not that specific.
