Did you use the Dilbert mission statement generator for that?

You could have said that more succinctly as "Large company"

Your candidates want to know who they will be working for. Is this a
company dedicated to destroying the planet or saving it? Does it have
a history of ethical or scandalous behaviour?  If you are cagey about
who it is, the presumption is, candidates would not even consider you
if they knew your name.

My presumption is, if they gave away the name, the candidates might
apply directly and Vani wouldn't get his/her/its cut.

Anyway, there are large companies that aren't multinational.  I'll
admit that the rest reads like fluff and doesn't really give any
information about the company.

Would you like any dressing to go with that word salad?
