Although I've heard people have also been hired who know how to code to
the J2ME API's...

Ask a meaningful question and you actually stand some chance of getting
a meaningful reply. What is a 'wireless engg'?

There's not a relevant reply that I can imagine - apart from "what are
you talking about?" - try asking a well formed question! Then a helpful
reply is possible.
