using Easy Struts plugin

not able to configure the easy struts plugin.
I have already installed the sysdeo tomcat plugin.
Got the Easy Struts plugin unzipped and pasted the folder
com.cross.$#$$ in the plugins folder in the eclipse folder.but still
not able to see Easy Struts TAG in the
Eclipse->windows->preferences

pls. help me

After you applied all the plugins did you do a clean start of Eclipse?

Eclipse -clean
