Java library for tree pattern matching

Thread view:
Ahmed Moustafa - 25 Feb 2006 16:57 GMT
Hi All,

Is there a Java library for tree pattern matching, specifically
phylogenetic trees? I've googled but could not something like that!

And if there is nothing like that, which algorithm would be recommended
for a Java implementation?

Your help will be appreciated so much!

Ahmed

Treefinder might be what you want, see [http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-
2148/4/18] for details.

Hi Tris,
Thanks a lot for your help!
TREEFINDER sounds very close! I will go through the paper.
BTW, the link was broken; I am just putting it again:

Thanks again!
Ahmed
