Java Component to Outlook MailBox

Thread view:
cipher - 07 Feb 2006 05:50 GMT
I have a requirement to read emails from a outlook email box and
extract excel attachments followed by processing of the attached excel
file.
We plan to implement this as a Java Daemon process scheduled as a
cronjob.
Any inputs on how this can be done is welcome.

That's what JavaMail is for.  See

Read the tutorials, and look at my source code that extracts an
attachment from an email, among other things. See the Resend class.
