What is a "test king"? I suspect this is a term used by English-speaking
Egyptians which may not be familiar to English-speakers outside of Egypt....

Something like the term "fresher", which is used in India to refer to a
recent graduate of university; this term is not used outside of India as far
as I know.

In the UK, it can mean someone who has just /started/ university...

That sense of the word, at least, is closer to "freshman", standard US
terminology for a first year college student. :-)
