I am very new to STRUTS.I need to know how I can devolope an STRUSS
application with Eclipse 3.1 . I have downloaded all the components &
plugins for STRUTS application.Please
help me.

did you even try to do a search on google?

just my first try:

stuffs that aren't free but they all have trial periods.

I think this is mostly the help you can get for now.
