programmatically retrieve security constraints from web.xml

Thread view:

I'm trying to find a way to programmatically retrieve security
constraints from web.xml. I was not able to find any api for this in
J2EE.
My target platform is WebSphere 6 J2EE 1.4.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thanks.
