how to run java/tomcat/mysql at Cygwin

Thread view:

hi,

i want to compile java application and run it at the tomcat with mysql
at cygwin.

it's because the dev environment is windows while the production
environment is unix/linux. it's easier to have the same path setting
and can use the unix/linux command as well.

any ideas/web links shared?

thanks!

Instead of using bat or bash scripts, use ANT scripts. They are
multiplatform.
