IT j2ee Project management or Oacle DBA specialization?

Thread view:

hi
in my company I have the chance to specialize in Oracle DBa
administration.
other option is heading on as analyst/programmer to become team leader
in a few months
which would be the best from a career/marketplace basis,
considering market demand/offer?
what would you choose?

many thanks for sharing opinion
regards

If you are after money, the Oracle experience is gold in the bank, but
there is no question, for me getting to be team leader in a few months
would be much more personally rewarding.

What a wonderful choice to be given.
