Umm... What do u mean by "Object" recognition? Java Object ? Or object
on a picture/video?
Before somebody answer (and provide their magic trick), you have to show
more details on what process you follow.
Also, don't take my message as an aggressive one. I just want to help
you getting an answer. Your topic is one of he kinds that require
special knowledges/long time research. People won't give their secret
that easily :)

i m using correlation coefficient to match the object in image

we ve an input image and a template image.
we need to find the match for template image in input image . Template
image can be in scaled and rotated in input image.
we first segment the image then we are using correlation coefficient to
match the template in image.
our segmentation algo is fast but out matching algo is taking time we
need a fast matching algo.
