Good obfuscator/encryptor?

Thread view:

Hello,

I have a smallish Java application I wish to obfuscate. I have looked
around and there are a ton of obfuscators, some free, some commercial.
However, most only obfuscate Package/Class/Method names, and I really
need to encrypt/obscure string literals as well.

Can anyone recommend an obfuscator which does a good job with both name
obfuscation and string obscuring? Obviously, I'd like to pay as little
as possible, but I having the tool that will do the best job is more
important to me than price.

Based on their web page, Zelix KlassMaster looks promising. Does anyone
have experience with it, or can anyone recommend a better product?

Thanks much,
Ivan Drucker
