I would have a pleasure if you showed me the link to the post where you
found my proposition not referring to money, only because chances that
you find it are inexistent, and that in fact is not true. Also, do not
make assumption yet that I have already gotten it whether free or not
because you simply cannot justify it.

beginning and still is.

The truth is that my chances that my project is fulfilled are greater
if I post it in two or three groups. (Think smart)

Read it again. His point was that you are not in an appropriate
newsgroup. Had you posted there, you might have gotten someone to do
it. Further, he is claiming that offering $5 is probably less effective
than offering nothing save thanks.

This assumes that the people who do know CSS are not offended by
inappropriate crossposts. I am, and your posting here has reduced the
chance that I would reply in the appropriate newsgroup.
In essence, you do not value our time, so I return the favor.
