As far as we know - yes. But TimeSys "deterministic" RT behavior the
provide comes with a steep performance penalty.
IOW - you can set up for an operation to happen at a determined time, say
best case every 5 seconds, but on fast JVMs like JRockit, the same operation
will happen in subsecond times - you just can't control GC and deterministic
behavior or recoup memory.
