JDialog with no close button

I have a problem with jdk1.6
in jdk1.4, JDialog is a dialog with no close button at top-right of
titlebar. But in jdk1.6 JDialog have a close button. How to remove it
like in jdk1.4?

Have you got a code SSCCE that demonstrates this problem?
