cad source

Does anyone know of an open source package of some sort that would
allow me to import a CAD package into into my current java app for
drawing models?

I'd like to add a stage to my application that would allow me to
visually create geometries and was hoping there was something
available, commercially even if it was any good, but would rather have
the source.
