Calendar / Date / others classes should I use ?

If today is 20Apr2007, I would like to display the date that after 14 days
(ie. 3May2007). How can I do ? Display format can be 03/05/2007 or 3May2007.

http://joda-time.sourceforge.net/

You may as well get used to it.
It'll probably be in JDK 1.7
