Graphics2D

Hi,

I have loaded up a jpg within a JPanel and am trying to draw lines onto the
jpg through calls on getGraphics.drawLine(x,y) methods.

I need to draw the lines after the jpeg has been loaded up on screen but
this is not working. The line appears on startup then immediately dissapear.
Has anyone come across this problem?

Many thanks,

A
