Eclipse: Visual editor view vanished

Thread view:
loquak - 11 Dec 2006 04:35 GMT
Hello.
I'm sorry for asking such helpless questions here, but I'm completely
out of ideas now.

I created a visual class and designed the gui with the visual editor
project. Well, this worked perfectly until, at some point, the class had
switched back to the standard java view from the visual editor view. And
now I can't get the visual editor back whatever I try!

Could somebody help me?

You may get an answer here but it makes better sense to ask this
question say at Eclipse's NNTP server at: news.eclipse.org

Try the VE newsgroup: eclipse.tools.ve

Try to open your visual class with the Visual Editor, not the regular
Java Editor. Right click the GUI class file->Open With->Visual Editor.
That should help.

Thanks! I didn't even know about that option.
