Visual Editor and Eclipse 3.1RC3

I've just downloaded and installed Eclipse 3.1RC3 and would like to use
the Visual Editor as well, however when I install the latest VE it is
looking for an older swt release. How can I get these synchronized so I
can use SWT, Visual Editor and the latest Eclipse release?

Install an older Eclipse 3.1RCx! The requirements are listed on the download
page of the visual editor.
