Where can I find the GTKLookAndFeel Class?

Where can I find the GTKLookAndFeel Class? Is this in jdk 1.5?

I understand that the *com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel* was
introduced in release 1.4.2.

I am running 1.5 and when referencing the GTKLookAndFeel Class
as a Java param:

-Dswing.defaultlaf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel

I get error:

java.lang.Error: can't load com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel

or

UIManager.setLookAndFeel("com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel");

I get error:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel

AFAIK, the GTK l&f class are only supplied with the Linux (and Solaris?)
JRE/SDK distributions. Likewise, but I'm not sure about this, the
Windows l&f is only supplied with a Windows JRE or SDK.
Reason for this: these native L&F's need to access the underlying OS
(through a .DLL or .so library), for instance for fonts and colors of
frames/titlebars etc. Licence restrictions also could prevent the
distribution of a L&F to another platform.
