Equation Viewer

Thread view:

Hi,

I'm searching for an equation viewer for displaying equations itself, not as
a graph or something like that. It should be a component for easily using
with swing and awt.
I have to display mathematical equations and it's no fun with labels and
layoutmanagers.

I've found the HotEqn-component but it seems not really up-to-date. It would
be nice if it's free, better open-source.

Does anyone know something like this?

Thanks,
Marc

really funny, what do you think I have done for 3 days? All I've found was
HotEqn and WebEQ, which btw. costs a little.
I was hoping, that someone has the same problem and a better solution than
HotEqn.

Greetz,
Marc
