[help] main memory db

Hi, I'm an university student.
I'm searching for my thesis, documents and informations about
main memory databases, in particular about PREVAYLER and FASTDB

I have just visited the respective sites but I've not found anything
about :
*data model definition
*interface of use (like sql or other...)
*access data mode

can you help me? (sorry for my bad english...)

Lucent Technologies has one called DataBlitz developed
by Bell Labs. http://www.bell-labs.com/project/dali/
(it was renamed, old name = dali)
