Try the IBM site. There should be no problem. We worked with IBM with their
type-4 'toolbox' JDBC driver for DB2 on AS400 as far back as '97 or so.

If Java should run on the AS/400 itself, Release 5 must be
installed. For connecting to an AS/400 (JDBC, ...) you need
the Java Toolbox. Just search for "jtools" (there is new name
for it, but the results should be the same) or "IBM Toolbox Java"
