Want to contribute to the scientific study of Unexplained Aerial
Phenomenons ?
One project (powerpoint presentation available via http://rr0.sourceforge.net/)
aims to collect testimonies about UAP via internet and to enable a
visual reconstruction of the observed phenomenon (in addition to the
testimonial part making use of words). Another project is to build a
meta database on UAP.
The challenge is to build a flexible tool to enable the most precise
visual description of the phenomenon (either a material object, or a
fuzzy shape, or lights, etc...), its evolution through time and its
environement (including predictible objects in the sky: celestial
bodies, satellites,...).
The computer engineer who initiated this project would gratefully
welcome an assistance for the java/OpenGL programming to finalize it.
A first prototype of the tool is alredy available.
