JDBC Oracle Problem

Oracle DB 9.2.0.1.0
Oracle9i 9.2.0.8 JDBC Drivers For use with JDK 1.4

The Problem is that I get a sql.exception ORA-00955 when trying to
create a Table and insert records.

Example: Table Test is created 3000 records are put in and than the
sql.exception ORA-00955 appear.

Can somebody help me? or provide a link how to solve the problem?

Show the code. The exception means the table already
exists.
