hello everybody....
I need to create a database for my office. Trucks come in, deliver goods
which we have to give out to customers (as we get them, no different items,
just different airwaybills) and then bill somebody for all the sweat and
tear we had to go thru all day long. 3 different departments have to get
access to the database and each one has to have the possibility of changing
things... this with some restrictions, of course (accounting cannot decide
if something can be released to the consignee or the warehouse cannot make
any bills... and so on).
Sometime ago I've seen something created in Java and it looked cool and
pretty easy to use but... I know nothing of java so.. .now the question....
is there a way to find examples or whatever to get me started?
Thanks for any answer

This sounds pretty much like a standard business application. I'm sure
you can even buy something like this somewhere. And if your requirements
aren't high then I guess the price won't be also.
Kind regards
